The topics covered at the Seminar included 30 minutes Discourses prepared by attendees condensing each assigned Chapter (Studies)  of the Divine Plan of the Ages (Volume One of the Studies in the Scriptures). Others were detailed studies on (1) Questions and Answers on the Sin-Offering and the Covenants by Bro. Russell, (2) Fashioning ourselves as Obedient children, (Reprint 5481) and (3) To every man according to his several ability – Reprint 2764). Other features at the seminar were PowerPoint presentations on (1) Who are the Bible Students?, (2) The Ransom, and (3) God’s Miraculous Timepiece.

As usual, the result of the three days of studies and sweet fellowship is a manifestation of areas of strength and weaknesses both on the individual and class levels. Brethren testified to the mind purifying effects of the subjects treated which aroused a  sense of longing for more such studies.

As the seminar drew to a close, brethren expressed their feeling of meeting soon to continue the sweet fellowship.

Once again I testify that I felt the uplifting effects of the subjects to such an extent that I wished, and I am still doing so, all elders in Nigeria were at the seminar to be so affected.

I am calling on all Nigerian Bible Students especially elders of the various classes in the country to avail themselves of the opportunity these seminars afford in accurate knowledge acquisition to help them improve their relationship with the Heavenly Father, the Lord Jesus Christ, the Brethren and the Truth as well as enhance their teaching abilities.(John 17:3)  We all stand to gain from studies as indicated by the Scriptures (Jude 20 and 22 and Acts 2:42).

 Thank you.
